30-Day Launch Guarantee
We offer a full refund of your $25 founding member reservation within 30 days of purchase if ActFrame does not launch and grant you access within that period.
To request a refund, reply to your reservation confirmation email or email us at hello@actframe.ai with your confirmation code.
What You Are Paying For
The $25 is a one-time reservation, not a subscription. It reserves your founding member seat and is applied as first-month token credits when your batch is activated — no subscription is required at that point.
Token credits are consumed as you use AI features. Unused credits roll over and never expire.
After Access Is Granted
Once your batch is activated and your credits have been applied, the reservation fee is non-refundable. This is because the credits constitute immediate value delivered.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access after your batch opens, contact us at hello@actframe.ai and we will make it right.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. We do not charge any processing fee.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is initiated. Stripe will send a separate notification when the funds are returned.
