When you reserve a founding member seat we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store your card details).

Once you have access to the editor, we store the content you create (scripts, frames, notes) so you can access it across devices.

How We Use It

We use your email to send reservation confirmation, batch activation notices, and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your screenplay content to train AI models without explicit consent.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI features, and standard hosting and analytics providers. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@actframe.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain account data as long as your account is active. If you close your account we delete your personal data within 90 days, except where required by law.
